Say What?
Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit; Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

A hippopotamus can run even faster than a man.
Weird Science
Laughing can kill you? Fatal hilarity is death as a result of laughing too hard. In the third century B.C. the Greek philosopher Chrysippus died from laughter after watching a donkey eat a fig (yeah, we don't get it either). A recent case occurred in 1975 when Alex Mitchell, a 50-year-old bricklayer in England, died after watching a television show called The Goodies. Alex laughed for over 25 minutes until he finally collapsed on the couch from heart failure. His wife later sent a letter to the TV show thanking them for making his last moments of life so pleasant.

Did U Know?
The low frequency call of the humpback whale is the loudest noise made by a living creature. The call of the humpback whale is louder than Concorde and can be heard from 500 miles away. And you thought your teacher was loud...
Lab Reports
Lab Monkey Report
The lab monkeys report that the lab rats have approached them with a requisition requesting 1 million typewriters and a 995,000 man increase in lab monkey payroll. Puzzled, the lab monkeys returned the requisition asking for a justification for the unusual request. The lab rats prompted reported that they had heard that if you give a million monkeys a typewriter they will eventually turn out the works of Shakespeare. The lab monkeys denied the request pointing out that, thanks to the Internet, we now know that is not true.
Lab Rat Report
There have been some strange noises coming out of Top Secret Section F. As usual, the monkeys won’t tell us what is going on but we heard them talking about some sort of 'row bat' that Reeko is working on. We listened at the doorway and hear clanking noises coming from inside and see very bright lights flashing from under the door. Sometimes we hear Reeko talking to himself. Stay tuned – something big is coming!
Lab Cat Report
The lab cats have nothing to report but wish to pose the following question to the group. If one of the lab rats slips on a banana peel, falls down two flights of stairs, bounces off the floor and into the cook pot in the lab fireplace, is it OK to eat them?
Wisecracks
Question: What is more useful: the sun or the moon? Answer: The moon, because the moon shines at night when you want the light, whereas the sun shines during the day when you don't need it.
